The Phase II project of the Ziwu Engineering at the National Space Science Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is located in the Huairou Comprehensive National Science Center in Beijing. It is one of the ten priority projects identified in the "13th Five-Year Plan" for the construction of major national science and technology infrastructure. Upon completion, it will establish a "two horizontal and two vertical" ground-based monitoring network covering the entire China. It will have the capability to detect over 30 spatial environmental elements in real-time with spatial resolution of hundred kilometers, thus becoming the most comprehensive and extensive advanced ground-based space environmental monitoring network internationally. The construction content includes the joint consultation unit of scientific operation subsystems and the procurement and installation of equipment for the headquarters meeting room of the International Ziwu Circle Grand Science Plan.
