The High Intensity Heavy Ion Accelerator (HIAF) project at the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, is one of the sixteen projects prioritized for construction during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period in the Medium- and Long-Term Plan for the Construction of Major National Science and Technology Infrastructure (2012-2030) issued by the State Council. The project is located in Huangbu Town, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, with a construction area of approximately 30,000 square meters. The construction scope includes the installation, commissioning, acceptance, and power supply of a total of 12 substations and 18 high-voltage power supply devices for dipole magnet power supplies.
