The Zhejiang University Research Institute in Shaoxing Life Science Sub-center Construction Project is located in the Precision Medicine Industrial Park in Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of approximately 23,000 square meters. It is primarily intended for the standardized pharmaceutical plant production of cell and gene therapy products, along with quality control laboratories and research laboratories. This endeavor aims to establish the innovation engine for the life and health industry in the Zhejiang Bay Area and strive to become an internationally renowned biomedical innovation center. The construction scope mainly includes purification decoration of clean rooms in the cell workshop, virus workshop, plasmid workshop, and animal room area, as well as HVAC, electrical, weak current, HVAC automatic control BMS, and environmental monitoring EMS engineering.
